2008-2009 Academy Team Registration Instructions

IMPORTANT:  Players must accept (register and pay) within 24 hours of team being posted online.

To access the online registration follow the steps below:

1. CLICK HERE to go to the registration page.
2. Click on the Register button in the upper left corner of the screen.
3. Fill in all required information fields and enter a username, password, and valid email address. Each family only needs one account, even if you have multiple children.
4. Enter your child’s information and select the appropriate team from the list of available options.
5. Provide the required participant information.
6. Continue through all steps of registration to the check-out screen.
7. If paying by credit card, please make sure that all of your billing information is entered correctly!
8. If paying by check, payment must be received within 24 hours of team being posted online. Please make sure you select the check option and turn in a check payable to "Elite Soccer" to:
   Jason Meredith
   AHPD Administration Building
   410 N. Arlington Hts Rd.
   IMPORTANT: Payment must be received within 24 hours of team being posted online.
   NOTE: The AHPD and Uniform Fee are not due within the 24 hour registration window.  These fees will be collected after the team has been formed.
9. Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the check-out screen.  Please note – if you do not click “Submit” or if you do not receive an Order Confirmation email (check your spam folder for this email, just in case!), your registration is NOT COMPLETE.  If you have questions about whether or not your registration has been submitted, please contact support@bluesombrero.com.
10. If you need to return to view your account simply use the username and password you have created.  Once logged in, click on Register Now in the upper left corner of the screen to sign-up for additional programs or to register additional players.
