This new program is designed to properly condition Elite Soccer athletes and improve their overall fitness. With a focus on improving leg and core strength from plyometric exercises, athletes will be physically challenged during each and every session. This is an ideal program for those that want to maintain and enhance their fitness levels during the winter. The entire curriculum is constructed to allow for the players to continue using these exercises at home. Each week, the session will vary. However, there will be several exercises that are considered staples in the program. The athletes will be required to complete their “homework” for these staple exercises and improve their performance on a weekly basis. This program will be challenging, but it will be an excellent resource if you are serious about increasing your fitness. Space will be limited, each session will be run intimately to ensure that the trainer can adequately assist each athlete.
