Elite Soccer is a community-based soccer organization that has a 12-year history of providing soccer camps, training programs, and coaching services to children ages 3-18 to the greater Arlington Heights, Illinois community.  Elite Soccer uses Positive Coaching Alliance methodology and resources throughout its programs, which focuses on teaching life lessons through sports and providing all athletes with a positive and character-building experience. Over the past 12 years, Elite Soccer has successfully partnered with several public entities: Buffalo Grove High School, Arlington Heights Park District, Buffalo Grove Park District, Wheeling Park District, School District 25, and School District 21 to provide extensive soccer services. Elite Soccer is currently partnered with the Arlington Heights Park District to provide youth soccer coaching, team training programs, camps, and a variety of other soccer services. These programs have benefited thousands of Arlington Heights area residents. Elite Soccer has grown from a coaching staff of 3 to over 25 coaches who work closely with Arlington's youth.  Many of Elite Soccer's staff are former Aces players and District 214 graduates.  The staff is comprised of staff members who possess advanced soccer licenses and professional certifications in the fields of education, psychology, exercise physiology, and youth development. Founders, Brendan Eitz and Michael Steele, grew up and reside in Arlington Heights and are dedicated to serving the community.
