The Elite Soccer Community Organization (ESCO)
is an IRS designated 501(c)(3) tax exempt non-profit organization dedicated
to community building and youth development through soccer in the
Northwest suburbs of Chicago through four core programmatic pillars:
- Support & Partnership Program
- Financial Assistance & Scholarship Program
- Youth Leadership Program
- Referee Academy
In an effort to give back to the community in a more structured environment, the Elite Soccer Community Organization (ESCO) was formed in November 2010 by the co-founders of Elite Soccer of America Inc., Brendan Eitz and Mike Steele.
Elite Soccer, incorporated in 1998, serves as a comprehensive soccer-based youth development organization with 40+ coaches supporting over 2,000 players in its year round programming for youth ages 3-18.
